Terms And Conditions

1. Deposits:

  • Any required deposits must be paid in full before the commencement of any work.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Cancellation:

  • Fixed-term service agreements can be canceled at any time without incurring an additional cost or cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the term upon cancellation.
  • We recommend that cancellations be made at least 30 days before the renewal date of the services.

3. Hardware:

  • No hardware will be returned until the account has been settled in full.
  • A storage fee of R250 per month will be applied to items not collected within 3 business days after the customer has been notified that the work has been completed.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging timely collection of hardware.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, Dev Masters reserves the right to retain possession of the hardware until payment is received in full.

4. Payment Terms:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt, and all outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 10% per month.
  • Dev Masters reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.

5. Service Quality:

  • Dev Masters strives to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns promptly to allow for resolution.

6. Confidentiality:

  • Dev Masters agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
  • The client agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about Dev Masters without explicit consent.

7. Liability:

  • Dev Masters is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.
  • The client acknowledges that software and hardware are inherently subject to risks, and Dev Masters cannot be held responsible for unforeseen issues.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Dev Masters reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal action in accordance with South African laws.

10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

By engaging with Dev Masters and utilizing our services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
